- Security Clearance: All badges are subject to government security clearance. Ensure that identification details are accurate.
- Eligibility: TXA 2026 is a trade-only event, open exclusively to the transport, logistics and mobility industry professionals, traders, distributors, suppliers and related stakeholders. All visitors must be aged 18 or over. Admission is subject to prior registration and approval by the organiser.
- Registration Process: Visitors must complete this official registration form. The organiser reserves the right to approve or reject applications based on eligibility.
- Visitors Badge: Upon approval, visitors will be issued a badge that must be worn at all times during the event. Collect your badge at the registration table from 20 – 22 October 2026, between 10.00 AM – 6.00 PM. Badges are non-transferable and must be presented for entry into the venue.
- Identification: Visitors must present valid identification (e.g., business card or ID) upon request at the event for verification.
