- Security Clearance: All badges are subject to government security clearance. Ensure that identification details are accurate.
- Eligibility: RSC 2026 is a conference/exhibition and trade-only event. All delegates must be aged 18 and above. Admission is subject to prior registration and approval by the organiser.
- Registration Process: Delegates must complete this official registration form. The organiser reserves the right to approve or reject applications based on eligibility.
- Delegates Badge: Upon approval, Delegates will be issued a badge that must be worn at all times during the event. Delegates must collect the Badges at the registration table from 19–20 October 2026, between 08:00 to 18:00, which are non-transferable and must be presented for entry into the venue.
- Identification: Delegates must present valid identification (e.g., business card or ID) upon request at the event for verification.
